If you haven’t fished tube flies before, slide this fly onto your leader and then tie the hook on separately. Then bring the fly down to the hook and insert the hook eye into the soft tubing at the back of the fly (the junction tubing). Super simple. Very effective. We recommend the Owner SSW CP – Straight Eye hook in size 2 or 4 for this fly.
